Training programmes for employees

Developed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA),
the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications is a national credentialing system that trains, develops, assesses and recognises adult workers for competencies they need to stay employable.

To equip yourself with core competencies needs in service related job, consider attending the Service Excellence WSQ that aims to professionalise customer service skills and raise the level of customer service standards in Singapore.

Alternatively, sign up for the Certified Service Professional (CSP) Programme which is a five-day intensive experiential learning programme through service-in-action activities and role-playing in addition to classroom theory learning.
