Advisory Council

The role of the Singapore Service Star Advisory Council is to provide feedback and guidance to boost STB’s efforts to improve service through the Singapore Service Star and advise on matters pertaining to appeals and revocations. The Council comprises of representatives from the private and public sectors; who have the expertise knowledge in the various industries and valuable insights on service quality. The members of the Singapore Service Star Advisory Council are:
